After Papa Smurff Karason (who actually seems to bask in the spotlite) appeared on the "Today Show" with Matt Lauer and Dr. Nancy Snyderman back in January, they requested he see a doctor to check out what damage the silver may have caused. He did and was given a clean bill of health.  Few in the mainstream media seem to want to report that.
