O/T Liver Flush

Yeah, I know this isn't about iodine. But some of you folks here know I've had a time with dh taking iodine. He did, now he won't.

Well, he started having trouble eating fats, then getting pain and nausea. Pain in liver/gallbladder area, and kidneys too. He actually decided to do a liver flush!!!!!!

Do you believe it??? (I still don't believe it!)

He didn't poop into a strainer, but he did report (as he was sitting there during the elimination stage) feeling the "bb's shooting out" !

Later, after relieving himself again, he excitedly went into the kitchen asking for a plastic glove and a jar with a lid. YEAH, he DID! He said, "I got two stones floating in there and I'm gonna dig 'em out!" The bigger one is over a half inch long and almost as wide.

He actually wants to know how soon he can do it again cuz he feels SOOOOO much better and he "wants to see bigger stones"....

He still ate a lot today, as he was "so hungry" - but -

Well, I gotta look at it this way, it ain't no magic pill, but if he's NOT yet willing to change his diet - at least he has no problem doing the liver cleanse!

He's taking charge of his health! And he did it by himself! WooHoo!
