help with sticking to a restricted diet
After dealing with this condition (fbo) for a number of years, I've had my greatest success in reducing/eliminating the odor when I stay on the restricted diet of mostly vegetables, some chicken and fish, eggs, vegetable juice and green drinks. I've only been able to stick to the diet for no more than two months at a time, then I get off track and have a terrible time getting back on. Of course, the
Body Odor comes back strong when I start to eat badly again.
I was thinking of starting a blog for people like me who know that they need to be on this type of diet, but need some support. We could help each other through it. My hope is that if I stay on this diet long enough to heal my body, some day I'll be able to eat more normally again, and the best thing of all would be to have a more normal life.
Does this interest anyone? We could also discuss any success people have had with supplements and exercise regimens (which I think is almost important as diet in defeating this condition). Let me know if you are interested.
