Try coconut oil. I used it on my cat who had a growth on his back which I got rid of in about 2 weeks. You have to be consistent and keep the area moist with the oil. I've also heard good things about putting castor on tumors with great success.

You pup can also eat the coconut oil...he wouldn't need much..prolly only about 1/2 teaspoon/day.
