Russian Zapper (Sputnik)

Anyone who knows a trustworthy place to buy 2 or 3 Russian Zappers (Sputnik)? I know a couple sites but I heard they're a bit sketchy & you're not sure what you're getting.

I'm willing to pay someone a little extra for their efforts should they have a good solid connection for the real deal. Please just reply back here on the forum if so.
