So true about the menses not being a disease. Proper nutrition, a clean body and healthy adrenals can make PMS and the whole "trip" a lot easier.

But the author says "all people on TV are overweight." ?? I find this to be the opposite. How many shows have skinny skinny women (some with implanted boobage) in tank tops? I don't see so many women wearing tank tops in real life, and I live in Southern CA!

I am of normal weight but can feel like I need to lose 50 lbs to look like what is portrayed on TV. Skinny women in tank tops. Seriously. Vintage shows have women a little more covered up with shirts, it is funny to watch the old ones and see what we have become accustonmed to.
