Is there anything that can be done, excluding surgery, about aneurysms? (Abdominal aortic aneurysms, aneurysms in the brain, etc.)

I've read that Vitamin C and Iodide of potassium can prevent rupture. Anything else?

As far as I know, I don't have aneurysms. I'm just asking for the knowledge.
