Oil Pulling CAUSING sore teeth??
Hi All,
I've been oil pulling twice a day for a little over a month now - one prior to breakfast and one prior to dinner both on empty stomach of course.
As a result of oil pulling my skin has that ----glowing effect--- which I am somewhat shy to admit that it even glows more than many of the women in my office....
(^_^) (^_^) (^_^)
My prime objective I had hoped to achieve out of oil pulling was for it to cure my life-long
Acne once and for all and though the
Acne has reduced considerably (there's still some of them popping up though) I am happy to see the glowing effect anyway...
OP has also made my gums stronger resulting in less bleeding in the gums.
The problem is that some of my tooth are sored as a result of oil pulling.
This is quite ironic as OP is supposed to stregthened one's tooth.
My hypothesis is that I am perhaps brushing my teeth too many times and thus stripping out all of the vital mineral deposits in the teeth. I brush my teeth prior to OP as well as after OP. I do OP twice, so that means 4 times of brushing teeth as well as once before bedtime - a total of 5 times!!!
Could this be it?
The reason that I brush my teeth prior to OP and after is because brushing before OP will remove any left over particles and deposits and esure that the oil thoroughly sucks out all the toxins without any sort of impediments to the process. Brushing the teeth after OP will ensure that no toxins residues are also left behind.
But this is of course merely a hypothesis, perhaps others who brush their teeth simply twice a day and commit themselves to OP once a day do expereince sore teeth too like I do too.
Any advice or comments will be much appreciated.
