Florida is HOT and STICKY! (but I'm sure you're used to that..lol). But, I love it here from October to April!

The acupuncturist gave me a few supplements, Doctors-for-Nutritions Greens (super powerful stuff...had major healing reaction); it's sweetened w/ stevia. Also, over time, she gave me a few Chinese herbs made by some very reputable companies (I can't recall the names, and the bottles are far from where I can reach right now, but I go into "super research-mode" whenever I get something from someone to see where it comes from, etc.).

Good luck; hopefully, your acupuncturist will understand the complexities of candida like mine does. She gave me food lists to help strengthen spleen and liver and things too.

She looks really young in that pic but she doesn't really look like that anymore...short hair, older. But, she IS in her early 30s, I think?
