Just trying to understand the thought process..If your interested in your health, then what else are you doing to improve your health?
What do I do? Eat 75% raw fruit and veggies..Drink fresh raw fruits and veggies..Detox with herbs..Drink wheat grass juice..Exercise and use a infar-sauna..Health problems, none..Don't get sick, feel great every day..Sleep well..I am 63 years old and look 40 but feel 20..
Its taken me a long time to reach this level of health and I keep trying to learn more..Sorry if I upset you, that's was not what I was trying to do..
