End note:

I tried many different treatments with little to no help:

Biotin
Tea tree oil
Antibiotics
all the meds and creams listed in my org. post
Dandruff shampoo (every kind out there including prescriiption strength)
over the counter hydrocortisone creams (mostly made it worse)

I even used my boyfriend's steroid cream for Eczema TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE. (Every Dr. told me specifically to NOT use it on my face) I was desperate and it was the only thing that gave me the most relief but with in a day or 2 of not using it the rash was back.
