Medium Bunch of Seedless Concord Grapes

Small Serrano Pepper, seeded
Half of a Small Red Onion
Several Mint Leaves
Ginger

finely chop pepper, onion, mint and ginger
add mixture to the grapes
drizzle with honey and lime
add salt to taste, mix well
