From the bit I have read you can and should start off with small amounts and see how you go. You can the build it up to say 2-4 ounces which can be say taken as a number of gulps through out the day, be sure to get some of the mid stream morning stuff and this should give some results. I am fairly new to this myself and there islikely to be other people here who could tell you more,however from what I have read it is not a good idea to eat meat when doing this therapy. Having said that I have just been on holiday for a week and had the worst diet I have eaten in a long time and still felt some improvement.
