If man is truly an intelligent and a civilized one at that, then why has he not used his intelligence to decide how many children to produce, or better, not to produce during his life time?

The problem is that man is already a slave... no need to go as far as the illuminati or the Club of Rome... he has already been a slave for the past several thousand years. He is a slave to his own biological urges. And is unable to properly use his intelligence to prevent the oncoming crises that he is responsible for causing... As a part of the human collective, he has already living his life as a slave to himself and to others that claim to know better than the rest... man chooses to continue to remain as a victim in all this... He has chosen to be a victim in god's choice to bestow children on himself... ridiculous!

To consider curbing population growth, it is instantly obvious that a major opponent to this is the Pope, the rest of the Christian church, the other so-called established religions in the world and all those who think that there is a God out there that sits outside of man, sitting in some heaven somewhere, that chooses to allow a woman to become pregnant. Not to mention thousands of years of culture and customs on the global scale that would be opposed to having human intelligence to enter onto the scene to contend with the biological forces. It conflicts with the religious right's opposition to birth control... for a woman's, or a couples choice to have an abortion.

What about including this as part of the intelligent design? Deciding not to bring a child in the world... to bring a child into this world at this time would be to play a part of creating more and more misery for that individual.
And I don't mean abstaining from sex. It has never worked, never will work. Accepting sex, accepting birth control, accepting death, accepting pro-choice abortion.

There are two main taboos in the world: one is that one should not talk about sex. I
was watching AFV the other day. There was a mother videoing her child looking at two very large tortoises. One started moving on top of the other. And what does the mother do she suddenly tells to her daughter that its time to go find daddy. She will not even allow he child to observe how two huge turtles do it. Her mind is filthy. Sex is tabooed.

The other taboo is that no one is to talk about death. Sex and death are not accepted. When these are accepted as a part of life then intelligence begins to happen to humanity. The need to reduce the population on this planet would not come to group of elitist individuals. Man, as part of a human collective, has not yet learned to be responsible for his own life situation.
