Re: 320 cholesteral since age 25 (I'm now 45 and cholesteral is 180)

My current Cholesterol is 370 and I am 26. I have no idea why it is this high, and neither does my doctor. I know that high cholesterol runs in the family but I am surprised that I have it this high so soon. I am currently on my own routine that I believe will lower it by the next visit(I hope). In addition to the high cholesterol I also have high BP, 150/76, and I am currently working on lowering that as well. If anyone has any pointers or tips, please feel free to write them down for me.
