Lots of health problems- urgent suggestions on UT needed

Is urine therapy ok when taking birth control pills??
I had other questions too..
since past 4 months i've been getting all new kind of health problems-
a- started with anal fissure and still having problems in that area- and now i see a small boil/pimple kind of growth near the rectal opening
b- alternating pain in left and right shoulders for almost 2 months
c- light pain in the chest just at the mid point of neck line and i really feel the pain at that point whenever i swallow anything. doctor says that its food irritation and gave me nexium and some Antibiotics . did anyone ever experience such pain in the chest..

I would like to do urine therapy for all these problems??can anyone please suggest the dosage and methods and can i do this ut when taking allopathic medicine..
