Webbee's post is the exact reason that I keep coming back to this forum year after year. I have never in my life been so convinced of the justification of a protocol. OP is simply effective.

There are so many people on CZ doing OP there is no reason to be dramatic. They all know the benefits, and I hardly know one person (personally or virtually) that once started...has stopped.

Quite simply, a no-brainer.
