Re: Can UT heal gastritis?

very well put Keep Flushing. I think that the greatest benefit of UT is enzymatic and once the cycle of improved health continues then there comes a point where the additonal benefits are energetic, meaning your internal conditions become soo good that what you put into your body is "enlivened" (for lack of a better word).

Taking probiotics is the short cut to start seeing the benefits of UT, as your circulation is improved, breathing and all the dead stuff is eliminated then its like a jumpstart for the UT's healing power to begin. I like to think of UT as a good barometer for how the blood condition is, and that is where the healing starts. Just like in a stagnant pond that isn't moving there is a lot of bacteria, moss etc. its their perfect breeding ground. When we take UT in ill health and our blood is basically stagnant then the benefits we accrue from it is akin to vaccination, as we are taking in the dead bacteria in our blood and our system learns to build antibodies to them. However when we improve our health and start circualting again then it becomes a probiotic practice.
