Re: Telman's - Flush 47

Thank you for posting your findings Telman.

I can tell when I need to flush, and it's not from the feeling of having the stones move down. I've also experienced that, and I think you compared it to the feeling of having a splinter that needs to come out kind of feeling. What I feel now is more of recognizing that my liver is getting plugged up and needs opened up again. I don't know if this is fact, but from my own experience of not having a gallbladder, I think the liver congests more when the gallbladder is missing (lacking bile salts)...my own opinion.

One other thing I've recently found out, that I had never heard of until the Alt Med Dr did food sensitivity testing on me--fruits and vegetables were at the top of the charts for food sensitivites- caused by the phenolic (salicylic) chemicals. Phenol Sulfotransferase (PST) is an enzyme that is made in the intestines, and is needed to metabolize (detoxify) the phenolic compounds...when it is lacking, the compounds aren't metabolized as they should be, they become toxins that go to the liver. I'm now taking an enzyme called No Fenol.

But it was a surprise to me to find out that everything I was eating, were at the top of the food sensitivity list. I already knew about the Celiac, but this came as a surprise, but was a puzzle piece that then made sense too.

I agree with you, even when a person thinks they may have reached the "stone free" status- it's important to do follow up, full Liver Flushes once in a while. As careful as we may try to be, we still like in a toxic world...and like myself in what I found out- how many people have food sensitivites that they aren't aware of that put extra stress on the liver too?
