ya buy organic flax seed and soak them in a little bit of water for about 24 hours. and they'll either sprout or at least the outer coating that has Phytic acid will dissolve off into the water.
you don't want to take whole flaxseed or unsprouted, or unsoaked flaxseed because phytic acid is bad for you.
so yes please sprout them
