ome CS makers create clear CS some make yellowish CS, i dont know why this is.

As the particles get larger due to agglomeration the first color you will see is yellow. Yellow is still good.
If you don't have a current limiter circuit you can put a small 20 mA miniature lamp in series to control the current. Make sure your silver is pure .999 or better. Only use distilled water.
