since it is difficult to start with the first cup of urine, but your condition is so urgent for a fast action... i would advice u to do a day of fasting with only fruits : papayas, apples, melons and grapes. papayas are maravellously neutralizing the taste of urine, even the smell and colour! it also much depends on the condition of intoxication in your body, but it will help a lot to reduce the taste and smell of it!

then in the evening eat a whole papaya just before falling asleep, in your bed!

the next morning you will have a full bladder, because papaya is a diuretic, go to the bathroom as soon you feel your bladder is full, it may be very early in the morning and piss in a big glass, let the first two seconds of the flow of your urine go to the toilet and collect the middle part and then let the last few seconds go to the toilet as well...

breath the whole time through the mouth, since u enter into the bathroom, so there is no smell that reminds you of urine!

then just take a drop or urine in your finger and put it in your tongue.. this is to have a first "encounter" with your WATER OF LIFE... you will realize it is not as disgusting in taste as you always thought of... then take a next drop an taste it again, untill you kind of "accept" the new taste... (you have to mentally always repeat to yourself that this is your own product, it is coming from your blood, it is not dirty, it is your medicine, it is the chance you have to heal your body and that comes first before the thought of "drinking urine", you have to change your mental approach towards it, at least try!!!

then, closing your eyes, still closing your nose, take courage, focuse on something that gives you strenght, like your children, or your husband, or jesus, God, ....you can also do a prayer in your head and at the same time start drinking your WATER OF LIFE with the determination that you will drink this full glass till the end and YOU CAN DO IT!!! ...to me it helped to pray and together with every word i was taking a big swallow, and then the next one and the next one, till the glass was empty! so i didnt think of urine, but of the praying i was doing and the WATER OF LIFE, MY DIVINE MEDICINE OF MY OWN MAKING!! think that you dont have to be disgusted of something that you are producing in your blood, it is nothing more than your own serum of the blood, it is not dirty and toxic like the stool...

...it was after reading this book that i got the courage to start with the complete urine fasting therapy, which consists in taking only urine (all the urine you pass ) and water -nothing more- for as long as your cure is demanding... it is FANTASTIC!!!
i did it for 5,5 days with incredible results!!!! maybe your condition will demand more time, but only the first 3 days are difficult, then the urine becomes as clear as water and it is so much easier to go on with the fasting...!!

i advice you the trick with the papaya, eat a papaya every night and your urine will be always more clear and almost tasteless!

then, take the courage to do the complete fasting, you will experience much faster results, is is much more intensifying the healing process... you could get rid of your illness in such a short time with the fasting than without the fasting, it is like 3 or 4 times faster!!!!

what you achieve in 4-6 months of drinking only the first cup in the mornings, you can achieve in 2-3 weeks of doing the fasting!
