Sure!

I will start tomorrow then too.
Remember to make those meal plans. Its saved me from slip ups.
Also look up the calories of the foods that get thrown in your face like the meatball pizza. Then IF its presented on a food day you will know you can squeeze in one piece without blowing the diet. But I warn you the better you eat on your food days the less hungry you will be on you fasting days. Plus you will feel better.

Try to avoid meats and dairy.
