For fibrocystic breast disease, the most revealing study I ever read was by a couple MD's named Ghent and Easkin. It was a double-blind study and conclusively proved that little ole Iodine cures FBD.

The study was leaked out on the internet and wasn't supposed to have been released, one of those sorts of things.

Don't be scared. Most people have been taught to FEAR all the wrong things their entire lives, by various MEDIA outlets that use fear as a tactic in making a profit, as does the medical industry and many government agencies.
