Re: Acupuncture and chinese herbs

I hope you'll be able to figure this all out. I have finally found the way to sleep at night - Dahn Yoga (http://www.dahnyoga.com/). It was created by Ilchi Lee. You can see interviews with him on You Tube (he just gave a Brain Wave Vibration class to the United Nations). I don't know if there's a center near you, but if so it's worth checking out. I've done yoga for nearly 40 years, and I've learned Reiki and Quantum Touch to channel God's healing energy and have read lots of spiritual healing books since having surgeries for thyroid cancer in 2005 and 2006.

Dahn Yoga and Brain Wave Vibration have changed my life. It's more healing energy than traditional yoga, although you do yoga and tai chi too. You do body tapping to wake up the body, and part of the class is just moving your body to music (just like I've done at Grateful Dead shows since the early 70's). It relieves stress and I'm on target losing a pound or so a week - and I'm actually sleeping at night, the most wonderful benefit of all.

Good luck!
