I am juice fasting right now so that my urine is cleaner. I do not know what to do with the urine yet. I am waiting for a book to come by mail. i have a lot skin problems that will not go away. I will also continue to liver Flush. I do not know when to use old urine or new. I am still discovering its many properties and uses. I hope that helps me with my illness and maybe with my alkalinity too. Its great to hear how young and happy people feek while using UT. It is inspiring. Thank you for posting. I may try the fast myself, maybe at the end of my juicing fast.
