sudden peripheral neuropathy?

I had posted in the Ask Curezone forum the other day, how I'd woken up at 6 a.m. with a tingling arm, and hadn't been able to sleep because of the arm/leg tingling even though I was very tired.

Well, that was Tuesday. I had the problem again on Friday, except I woke up at 5 a.m.

I'd spoken to my nurse practitioner cousin on Thursday, and she'd ruled out the bug bite having anything to do with it (it's already gone away and it really never even itched). She said it sounded like a problem with the nerves, and that can be caused by the spine being out of alignment. See, my neck went out several weeks ago, and I went to the chiropractor 3 times in 2 weeks to get that sorted out.

So, after waking up at 6 a.m. on Friday, I went to the chiropractor again. She seemed a bit concerned. My grip in my left hand was stronger, even though I'm right-handed. She took my blood pressure, but it was really good (120/70 I think). She adjusted me and there was a lot of cracking!

But seem, this whole past week I've been having a LOT of popping/shifting, particularly in my shoulders, also a little of my clavicle, and back, just from any little movement. I've NEVER had my shoulders pop before, now they're cracking a lot.

Anyway, I slept well on Friday night, but this morning (Sunday) I woke up at 4 a.m.! This time, it's primarily my LEFT arm (hands and around the bicep area) but also my legs and the right arm to a small extent, that are tingling. Unlike the previous 2 times, getting out of bed and moving around has NOT made the tingling go away, it has persisted even until now, almost 12 hours later. Not to mention, I was very cold while lying in bed, but when I got up, my body temperature went up later and I feel like heat is radiating out of the front of my body. Also, my heartbeat seems somewhat rapid. You can imagine how I feel with so little sleep, to top it off.
It's so unlike anything I've ever experienced!

I was looking on the internet just now and it sounds rather like peripheral neuropathy.

Which, apparently can be caused by a lot of things, which isn't so helpful.

Any comments on what this could be, what could be causing it, what I should look into or do, etc? I'm in my 20's with no real health problems in my history.
