The body of information in these timelines aren't evidence in my eyes. Its a lot of embellished conjecture of events mixed with many inaccuracies; and I suspect misunderstandings.

Yes, planes do travel long distances and contrails can indeed last a day, just as many weather systems can sustain fairly consistent temperature and humidity levels for long periods of time, as well as span large areas of space (regions).
