Hope this helps

It sounds just like what i have been suffering! I have used 3 types of salt and you dont need any inparticular one. If you can then get a Sea Salt which is natural and not processed etc. Otherwise if you can find a LO-salt which is lower salt content with Potassium higher this is also good to keep the potassium in check.

Basically grab any salt for now and take 2 teaspoons on the first day. Take one early on and the other in the late afternoon or early evening. Keep doing this and sense how much you need. If it is this problem I had then it will start to change fast!

The other problem you need to address then is the dryness of the areas effected. If you don't it will take longer to heal up. You may loose the itching etc but the eyes are puffed etc. I suggest you always keep a tub of cream with vitamins in. The best vitamins to go for are Vit E, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Ginkgo Biloba, MSM, DMAE. By putting this type of product on the area it will allow a much quicker healing to happen. Apply the creams at least 3 times a day or more.

You might need a lot more salt than I have talked about but start slow and see. You may find you get little itches now and again so just keep the salt up. If you are depleted enough you may need quite a bit so at these little levels it will take time.
