Iodine and Chelation - Newport?
I used to have 8
Amalgam fillings in my mouth, which I had removed a few years ago (2003?). Also born and raised in an area heavily bombed during World War II.
As you can imagine I had all kinds of health problems. And severe
Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) sensitivity.
I and Husband (who also had 3
Amalgams and had them removed at the same time as I did) undertook an EDTA chelation during a month the year after. This may not have removed any mercury (we were not aware at the time of all the information posted on the Internet), but it did have some very positive effects on our brain fog.
After that we went on on about 30 Liver Flushes, which were also very beneficial.
At that point (early 2006) we had recovered enough strength to start yoga again (we had been doing this very seriously before but were too knackered to envision any type of exercise apart from what our daily life/cooking everything from scratch entailed.
More improvement but we were not feeling as well as we had done before this all started.
Started
Iodine in April 2007 and went up to 150-200 mg daily, using Iodoral, magnetized
Lugol's and Nascedyne. BIG IMPROVEMENT. But not quite there yet.
Would a chelation with DMSA help at this point?
If so, I suppose it would be better to stop/lower the iodine?
I remember the elation when using the EDTA - it was a kind of liberation. For fear of doing too much we had stopped after a month.
I would be grateful for any advice from you experienced alchemists. :)
