Re: Treating a white tongue

Discolouration of a tongue is a sure sign of wrong nutrition . A furry discoloured tongue is a sure sign of the body's attempt to expel poisons and waste from the body. Ít is obvious you have not been listening to your body's cry for help...."stop overloading me with rubish that I cannot digest and cannot use to keep me fit and well!" So in a last desperate attempt to draw your attention to your body's plight, it is discharging poisons through your tongue so the occupant of a particular body can actually SEE that there is something desparately wrong even if that person has been negligent in listening to his/her body's needs. It is a very simple answer.. switch to mainly vegetables and fruit and nuts that are not of dubious age.( nuts should be in the shell..that way they do not deteriorate ..up to a year. CHESTNUTS should only be bought if they are tight in the skin/shell and must be kept in the fridge as they are 50 percent water ..they should also be used as soon as possible. For your 'problem'a fast would be helpful, as it is always and then follow it with a change of diet and correct nutrition. The time to do a fast is most beneficial twice a year, in Spring and Autumn(Fall). I also routinely fast one day a week. Your body's little helpers need a rest...give them a break! You would certainly be complaining if you had to work 365 days a year since the day you were born...for 70, 80, 90 years???!!
