I am still going! ...the weight loss has been depressing though...I am averaging 3 pounds of week or so ...hmmm

I am now 131.8

in 19 days i have gone from

 Not much weight lost really but I am happy i am thinner that's for sure. I just don't know if I can make it past 30 days to reach my goals.
