Can someone tell me if you gain back the lost weight. My priority is to get rid of my excess weight. This is my second day and already lost 3 pounds (currently 177 pounds). I am extremely happy. I need to get rid of another 3-5 pounds but I am afraid of gaining it back after the diet. I am planning to eat healthy and exercise but I am afraid that my body would become very sensitive in gaining that weight back and then being overly cautious and limited in my eating. Specially that some vacation is coming 5 days after finishing my diet.
Many times I heard that when the body loosens a lot of weight fast, it is very easy to gain it back. I am afraid that after all the effort, to gain back the lost weight.
Any experiences of people that mantained their weight lost?
