Just from personnal experience I wanted to let you know I tried so hard as well to do "all the right things" as far as diet and exercise. I always felt better after pushing myself to exercise, but reached a point where life got in the way(baseball, soccer, school programs, etc.) Anyway, I finally felt like my body relaxed and started to fight the candida better when I wasn't exercising everyday. I know it sounds counter to all we've been told, and I was always an advocate for exercise. But now I realize maybe fighting candida with diet AND exercise may have been overloading my system. Now I've incorporated it back in, as I know it is good for me in many ways. I just don't push myself to do it EVERYDAY, or to any extreme at all. Maybe since you're restricting so much on the diet, you should only exercise 2-3 times a week at a minimum(like 30 min walk) and see if that slows down or stops any weightloss?
