Best Non-Utopia Colloidal silver made at home?

I understand that Utopia-Silver makes pretty much the end all be all bad ass Colloidal Silver . Great, I do not doubt it is good stuff. But using Colloidal Silver has been around a lot longer than Utopia-Silver has been making its badass brand. I want to make the lesser grade at home to save money. I would like to buy some of the Utopia-Silver stuff from time to time but the ^ price pushes me towards making it at home since its greatly cheaper.

SO, Isaac recently advised against the silver puppy(for whatever reason, I do not remember) and he is all about this stuff. I have been looking at the generators at Utopia Silver. I am looking for a reliable safe product.

From all the DIY on the net, I feel like i should be able to make pretty good silver for well under $100. So, maybe someone can point me in the right direction to where I can do this cost effectively with precision at home. Because unless I develop a serious illness reasoning me to buy hundreds of dollars worth of the Uber Silver, than I will be using the old school stuff. Tweet
