UN treaty "Convention on the Prohibition of blah blah blah blah yackety yackey yak blah blah ...."

The subterfuge effect in play here is notable; "treaty"... "convention".. "prohibition", and the like... kinda like George Carlin's observation of the subterfuge effect put into play by the person trapped side by side with numerous other people in a pressurized, recirculating indoor air space at 40,000 feet up.... who thinks they can get away with passing gas that built up after that tasty, appetizing, nutritional in-flight meal..... and nobody is going to notice. LOL. It stands out that any time the powers are intent on doing something especially nefarious, they first formally announce to the world that they have expressly set up an agreement by which they won't do it....like the Geneva Treaty .... like the ENMOD Treaty..... like the time that James Vickery successfully demonstrated the exploits of subliminal content in projected content, after which he was convinced to retroactively announce his demonstration as "a hoax", after which the powers promptly announced "subliminal content is not nice, it is not moral, it is hereby illegal to do"......like the time that it was announced to the world that, now that the powers had discovered cloning - Oh Dolly!, they were officially going on record to say that cloning was not nice, not moral, therefore illegal..... and no, oh my, no, they would never do such a thing. Caveat Emptor: beware the globalists' treaty.
