Honestly, I don't know what they're thinking... as far as the free market goes, I can understand that nicer restaurants wouldn't want to go in those neighborhoods.
And sit-down restaurants really aren't particularly healthier than fast food. Especially for the kid's menu. I mean, chicken fingers and french fries, macaroni and cheese, etc. Are the kids suddenly gonna be eating lots of veggies at these places? I don't think they do that anywhere.
Plus, they are more expensive.

What I think they need to focus on is the lack of grocery stores, and figure out if people will actually COOK and EAT at home, if the grocery stores are available!
