It's not nice to take quotes from my posts and mix them all up out of context also if you do so you should include links to them and include the whole sentence

Yes I do take 2 drops of Lugols now as an Iodine supplement and I take 6 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in the evening well separated. So what?
