I agree hands down distilled are better. I notice a difference with fasts on distilled compare to tap and spring. Yet I believe most distilled water is counterproductive due to most water contained in plastic. I personally would not drink tap since we have had reports regarding medication like v1agra being dumped in the water (I live in Arizona). Just washing dishes with tap I notice a heavy mineral compound being left behind. I would not feel comfortable drinking tap due to the compounds I am finding on dishes.

My own personal experience with spring has not been awful and I found it usually easier to find the water. As of late, distilled water is flying off the shelves much quicker then spring. There is also the option of purchasing a distiller but that will cost a small fortune.
