My best guess would be to go to a walk-in clinic, hospital, or, at the very least, a friendly neighbor.

Some things are sneaky.

I was surprised to learn that hospitals keep powdered activated charcoal to draw out toxins.

That sounds like a good idea to me if one has some kind of bite.
