Hi

I desperately require some advice.

I stupidly took 1 senna laxative (had never taken any before) as was pretty constipated. Subsequently I hade acute diarrhea for over 2 days and lost 8% body weight. Now have really bad leg cramps, muscle weakness, achy bones and burning sensations 5 months on, and just dont seem to be able pick myself up.

Twice I have built up a small amount of energy then bang no more energy and can barely walk to the toilet and back. Also bad bruising on my legs for no apparent reason, have very dry eyes and skin and been burping loads after eating. Prior to the diarrhea I didnt have any of these symptoms.

I have tried magnesium and calcium suplemts, ionic trace minerals and celtic Sea Salt . I have tried a supergreens product with no results and am waiting on a new one to try.

Having read lots I definateley believe that the problem is to do with my electrolytes especially potassium & sodium, tried potassium supplements and potassium salt on my food but both times I thought that I was going to have a heart attack.

Blood tests suggest electrolytes are normal, but I spoke to another dr who advised that while blood results are normal body stores at cellular level could be low can anyone confirm?).

Also i had put back on 7lbs, but have since lost it again so getting really worried. After further research I started taking HCL as read that if you dont have enough sodium or potassium your body cant make the stomach acid. Burping is now a lot less and really thought this would solve my problems but still dont seem able to break out of this. My body doesnt seem to have the energy to heal itself and think that its not absorbing nutrients from food or supplements.

Nothing seems to be working for me and I would really appreciate any advice that anyone can give.

Regards

Gadgie
