Another reason to water fast
I read recently that Paul Bragg would save his urine every day, water fasting, and
then have it tested, and always find chemical residue...we're awash in it.
Considering the stew that most (non-organic) foods are grown in, it makes sense to allow the body a chance to pull these toxins from organs and tissues. During a water fast, that deeper work is much more likely to happen than with a juice fast. Agree?
In case anyone doesn't know the top twelve foods to buy organic, and why conventional strawberries especially are, frankly, poison:

Incredible, what passes for "safe". You would be forgiven for thinking 'someone' doesn't want the mass of people to have a chance at good health.
btw- slightly off-topic,I had a wonderful dream this morning about a communal fast undertaken in a very quiet ancient town, that was completed with an art show of the work created during the latter part of the fast; the very end of the dream featured an amazing dome-shaped couture hat hand sewn and painted by many of 'us', with Egyptian insets (too amazing to describe) being presented while a band dressed like Egyptian gods and goddesses danced and sang a rousing Tina Turner version of "rolling on the river". (!) The colours of the air were scintillating, highly-energized, in blues and violets, and of course all kinds of gold. I woke myself up asking if someone was getting this down in pictures, and saying "That's so great!" I'm still mind-boggled. It was a huge celebration.
I thought some of you might find that that amusing--given this 'community'.
