Re: differect color bowel movements

Stool color and texture are important elements to keep watching.

Tan color: poor digestion - although plenty of fiber like your psyllium cleanse tends to cause tan color stool due to the abundance of fiber.

Dark brown and green indicate the presence of bile and are a good sign. There is nothing to worry with a bit of stool which is tan color but if all of it is... then your liver needs to be taken care of. Another solution is to use chlorophylle (and or plenty of green veggies/laver.
Well that does not seem to be the case for you. You seem to be doing quite good.

loose stool means poor digestion. Well formed stool is the ideal bm.

As per the frequency of the bm it will vary depending on your diet some food, like rice tends to cause constipation while veggies and their fiber (raw) are the opporsite. Further more a deficiency in magnesium will cause constipation and since candida depletes mag. it is better to use mag. supplements along.

Achy and headaches means die-off. Enemas might just be the solution. I still use them once in a while when I dont feel good and it is always a relief.
Abdominals exercises are also fantastic. They stimulate bm and they train your muscles.
