When people post on CZ, they are open (or at least partially open) to other solutions. Do people need to work on breaking down mental barriers? Some do, but apparently if someone is openminded to lurk or participate on the forum, they've broken a lot of these down. We've got to assume that people are open because if they aren't, they will forever lurk or never implement any solutions. It's their lives, they are free to run it however they want and they will come to people here when they're ready. No one can force this.

Many people go in circles because there are so many theories on different things and so much conflicting information. And, a lot of people never apply the information properly, or follow through. BUT, there are also a lot of success stories as well.

I see things differently. I see a lot of people fighting for their lives. All they need is the correct information imo.

You gain belief by reading and learning. You're right in the sense that many people need to read more books from authors like knows instead of relying on a paragraph or snippet of information that won't give them the entire picture. Reading and learning forms beliefs and gives you the strength to perservere and do what you have to do to get well. A positive mental attitude.

I'm not so sure. More information can be gained through these forums than through any doctors office. By reading these forums (and books on them that were suggested by other members), in many ways I know much more than my naturopath.

For someone that says CZ is their #1 source of information, you sound very negative. Just because QRA was for you doesn't mean it will be for everyone, or even needed at all.
