Good Morning Puddin, I hope the situation has resolved it's self by now. If not may I suggest that doing the IFR Sauna is also pushing your detox. From my experience the herx or detox symptom reaction is related to the various infections I had. I used lots of water, The Master Cleanse Water,Lemon, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper at first. Then I used enema's to open the exits, I used colon hydro therapy and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement implants to open the exits. The liver seems to open and dump when the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is used as an implant. I used a dilution of 4 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement Activated with citric acid and deluted with about 8 oz of water and held it for 10 to 20 minutes after the enema or colonic. I believe your experience is a good example of getting in too deep without knowing it. We have to keep ahead of the die off. I found that it is easy to feel confident that I was going slow until I had a rebound effect. Best wishes MW
