Re: water retention and mulsle aches

thanks phintx, i'm sure i kinda already knew that, but i'm not thirsty it would seem that if your body needed the water it would crave it. i sometimes am making myself drink 60 ounces and then feel water logged for a while. well yesterday i made myself drink 50 ounces which still isn't enough since i weigh 120 lbs. but felt better as far as muscle aches goes, but still feel tightness in the muscle when stretching coming up the stairs is sometimes exhausting. lol i will try to keep 60 ounces of water in a pitcher to make sure i get myself use to drinking it.

i want try to go longer but i know it will be hard since my husband doesn't believe this is healthy to go without eating, we'll see.

thanks again, walrus
