I was going to start this coming tuesday. I have also been fairly successful with just doing a water fast. However, I may incorporate broth or juice if need be. I am really hoping to get a good 20-30 lbs off this time around with a fast. I am hoping to be under 200 on Aug 25. Let me know what you are thinking. I also try to walk a bit and do light weights to get my body toned. I am really looking forward to having a buddy!!!
