Re: Intravenous vitamins and minerals

Not totally against it. In a crisis situation do what's necesaary to save the life. I-V, transdermal, drugs, surgery, whatever's necesasary, we'll fix any consequences of that later. Save the life first. Crisis therapy CAN be considered Natural Healing.

Here's the problem with I-V vitamin, mineral therapy as a routine procedure. The vitamins are synthetic and the minerals are not ionic. Well they may be, I'm not sure on that. But the vitamins are synthetic. That means they ARE drugs. They may give the body a temporary boost but like whipping a tired horse you're putting things in jeopardy down the raod. Anyone in Natural Healing who is doing routine I-V cocktails is suspect at best. I would avoid them. I don't even agree with I-V chelation.

If you need a quick shot of vitamins, minerals and energy eat some oranges. Fruits in general are instant energy and loaded with nitrition. And I haven't seen a digestive system yet that can't handle fruits or their juices.

The rule IS: Don't bypass the digestive system. I-V and transdermal bypass the digestive system. Vaccinations can have a devistating effect on the liver, kidneys, heart and Central nervous system. DON'T DO IT. You don't want anything going directly into the blood that hasn't been processed by the digestive system. Period.

The exception is a crisis situation. I was a medic in the war so I've worked that end of it too. In a crisis anything goes. Save the live.

So, two things: Synthetic vitamins are drugs and bypassing the digestive system.
