Cosmetic question regarding dark circles under eyes

I need expert help to remove the dark circles/discoloration around my eyes. Let me give you background first:

When my candida was at its worst, one of my symptoms was incredibly dark circles under my eyes. The skin surrounding my eyes became very itchy and had the appearance of some sort of fungal infecton on the surface of my skin.

So I have noticed very slow improvement with this problem over the course of my recovery. I have noticed more significant improvement as I have begun to work on cleansing the liver. The darkness is not as pronounced as it once was.

Also worth mentioning is that I have had a problem with slightly dark circles long before I was brought down by candida overgrowth.

Considering all those factors, is there anyone who has had experience removing dark circles, especially when one of the causing factors appear to be the result of skin stained by fungus?

Is there some way to bleach this out?
