I had ben diagnosed with poly ovaries and endometriosis about 16 years ago(16yo)now and was told then I would not be able to have any children. I am now 32 and have three gorgeous children aged 9, 8 and 11 months all concieved naturally and also born naturally.

From my 8year old until our recent bundle of joy we had attempted many times to have a baby however I would miscarriage approx 6 times but my point is I could still concieve inwhich most doctors tell you it's all most impossible without fertility drugs.

So basically just stay on track with being healthy (low carb GI is a good one) but remeber to relax and enjoy life and then life will come to you.
